Cooking has been my stage since childhood: I tested recipes while Italian opera filled the air, juggling delightful triumphs and spectacular flops. A near‑miss car accident made me realise life is too short for half‑hearted dreams, so I left Communication Sciences and trained at Le Cordon Bleu Mexico. Ten years and 30+ five‑star private services later, I craft stories on every plate for guests across Playa del Carmen.

I refined my technique at Le Cordon Bleu and Hofmann School of Hospitality in Spain, grounding creativity in solid mise en place so imagination can soar.
